    From 0'clock on December 10, the nation-wide railway systems were subject to a re-scheduling. According to CSR, 610 high-speed EMUs supplied by CSR Sifang Corporation haven been put into operation to play a leading role in the re-scheduling. On the day of re-scheduling, a new Nanchang-Hangzhou line as a portion of Shanghai-Kunming Express Line was put into use and 13 CRH380A high-speed EMUs supplied by Sifang Corporation were operated on it.

    As is known, traveling range of EMU has been further expanded in this re-scheduling and 1,556.5 pairs of EMUs have been operated across the lines, accounting for more than 58.2% of the passenger trains in operation all over China, and covering 28 provinces, regions and municipalities.   
 
    According to CSR, since 2007, various models of high-speed EMUs developed by this corporation have been put into operation on lines across China, and played leading roles in special passenger lines such as Beijing-Guangzhou, Beijing-Shanghai, Zhengzhou-Xi'an and Shanghai-Kunming lines. As of this re-scheduling, 610 high-speed EMUs have been provided by CSR Sifang Corporation for these lines, accounting nearly 50% of the total operating across China, with operating speed ranging from 200 km/h to 350 km/h and in various grouping patterns, and operated accumulatively for 790,000,000 kilometers, absolutely leading the domestic EMU suppliers.
 
    On December 10, Nanchang-Hangzhou line was initially operated at 300 km/h, shrinking the travel duration between the two cities from 5 hours to 2.5 hours, and the operation duration from Nanchang to Shanghai, Nanjing and Ningbo to 4 hours.  19 EMUs supplied by CSR Sifang Corporation, including 13 CRH380A EMUs, have been put into operation on the new lines.
 
    As reported, another 50 high-speed EMUs will be provided by CSR Sifang Corporation for other lines to be operated, such as Naning-Guangzhou passenger line, Guizhou-Guangzhou express line, Qingdao-Rongcheng and Zhengzhou-Kaifeng intercity lines. Sifang Corporation has set up after-sale service teams consisting of 300 staff to ensure safe operation of the newly operated EMUs and assigned technical experts to provide full-time technical support for operation of the EMUs.
