The General Guidelines for the Development of Chinese Railway in 2015 is Announced

Recently, the National Railway Bureau determines the general guidelines for the development of Chinese railway and the important tasks in 2015. It’s include as below.
First，it is to strengthen transport safety supervision and ensure that high-speed rail is safety.
Second，China will strengthen the supervision of key projects’ quality，promoting the quality and efficient of the railway construction.
Third，the country will deepen decentralization and promote railway investment and financing system;
Fourth，it is the full implementation of administrative law, accelerating the construction of the rail industry supervision regulatory
Fifth，the National Railway Bureau will carry out an in-depth research on planning of railway and speed up the construction of industry standard.
Sixth，it is serving the country strategy of "One Belt and One Road", (the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road) promoting foreign exchanges and cooperation in railway.
Finally，China will strengthen the ideological and work style of cadres and improve the performance of their duties as honest and diligent ability.
In the aspect of promoting international cooperation in the railway, the National Railway Bureau expresses that it will deepen the implementation of the signed cooperation projects with Sino-Mongolian and India , and actively participate in and promote the Sino-Russian，Laos，Thailand, Pakistan and Kazakhstan cooperation in high-speed rail, and promote the interconnection with neighboring countries on railway construction.
