Summary:Signs a five year strategic cooperation agreement
TDSi, an integrated security solutions manufacturer based in the UK, has signed a five year strategic cooperation agreement with China Rail Chen Bang Technology (CRCBT).

The agreement will see TDSi's security systems installed as part of engineering projects for China Rail across the country.

“CRCBT required a strategic security technology partner in order to expand work on Rail and Metro projects across the country as well as proposed high-speed rail activities, so this is a vital component of our planned expansion.  We are excited to become a Platinum Partner and to be working even more closely with TDSi,” said, Mr. Chen, General Manager, CRCBT.

John Davies, Managing Director, TDSi, said, “In the first year of this agreement it will account for 3 percent of TDSi's total turnover, rising to at least 6 percent during the second year. CRCBT plans for a 25 percent growth in our OEM agreement, year on year, for the next five years.  With 20,000 stations on the China Rail network there is huge scope for ongoing projects - we are even assisting with security for a new China Rail headquarters project in Beijing, a new media centre, staff accommodation and medical facilities.”
