According to Vayping Yoo, vice president of China CNR Corporation Limited (CNR), China is in talks with the governments of 28 countries for the building of high-speed rail lines on their territories, according to Vayping Yoo, vice president of China CNR Corporation Limited (CNR), one of China’s leading manufacturers of locomotives and rolling stock.
 
According to him, the majority of them, are currently at an early stage of implementation. He has also added that among the most promising projects for the company are the projects in Russia, Thailand and India. In the case of Russia, the company has already created a working group for the construction of Moscow - Kazan high-speed rail line.
 
So far, China has failed to sell its high-speed trains to any country, however, despite this Beijing is taking efforts to actively promote its own technology in foreign markets.
