At 9:16 on September 10, 89 new military recruits departed from Nanjing South Railway Station by “Fuxing” EMU Train G12, and arrived at Beijing South Railway Station four hours later on schedule. This marks the success of initial transportation of new recruits by “Fuxing” EMU.
Shanghai Railway Administration designated special waiting areas in 62 stations and opened green channels for new recruits. Stations arranged dedicated staff to guide them for waiting and boarding, to ensure smooth access, centralized waiting and orderly boarding.
Train crew prepared water cups, newspapers and lunch on the train, and conducted a series of activities including introduction of the “Fuxing” train during the journey.
