10.2设备基本结构要求(每台设备)
10.2.1弧焊机器人主体
弧焊机器人至少应为6轴旋转关节式设计,主轴的在其最大的工作范围内均应保证最佳的焊接角度,机器人腕关节的焊枪连接器应装有碰撞保护开关,各轴的动力应保证传递平稳。承重≥6kg,重复定位精度≤0.1mm,每个工位最大工作直径≥2000mm(以变位机和工装工作台中心为圆点)。
10.2.2焊机电源部分
数控逆变式焊机,额定焊接电流为500A,100%暂载率时电流≥300A。
*10.2.3焊枪(设备配备标准水冷焊枪和管内侧焊接特制水冷焊枪各一套。)
一体式水冷焊枪,焊枪应具有优良的刚度,并带有快速接头,便于标准焊枪与特制焊枪之间的更换,焊枪更换方式为手动更换。投标方应根据招标方提供的图纸对焊枪长度及角度进行模拟,以保证焊缝的焊接可达性。
*10.2.4变位机及工装
配专用管对接焊接(内侧焊接、外侧焊接)2轴变位机和工装(滚轮架)二套,变位机可作为焊接转向架附件用。供方应根据招标方提供的产品图纸,对工作范围以及焊枪角度等要求进行模拟,以保证使用要求,保证产品需机械手焊接的焊缝在工作范围内。投标时出具机械手工作范围布置图。变位机回转速度为0.05~2
r/min,翻转角度不小于±90°,最大承载不小于500kg,工作台直径不小于800mm ,旋转中心高度不小于500mm。

10.1弧焊机器人
10.1.1弧焊机器人应为6轴旋转关节式设计(具有6个自由度),每个轴臂都采用坚固的铸铝结构。主轴倾斜式设计,在其最大的工作范围内均应保证最佳的焊接角度。此机器人腕关节的焊枪连接器应为空心轴式设计,并装有碰撞保护开关。各轴的动力应保证传递平稳。
10.1.2控制柜至机器人各轴所有电缆应自中空的第一轴穿过。所有控制组件应采用插接式,安装于封闭的、带有冷却装置的控制柜中,与机械手相连接的电缆为双端插接式。

10.1主要结构要求
10.1.1主要由主机部分、液压部分、检测部分、电控部分、预压装,车轮与车轴注油压(退)装置,部分等组成。设备应为双头压装,机床结构具有足够的刚度和强度,良好的减震性和足够的动力使压头平稳移动,保证压装精度。设备的运动部件均有定时、定量无泄漏自动润滑系统,精密部件有必要的防尘措施,保证设备安全可靠地工作,设有故障告警系统。设备下压滑块或活塞设有防坠落保护装置,下压压头设有安全栓,检修时使用,保证检修时即使滑块坠落也不会伤人。
10.1.2设备的操作机构应分手动和自动操作,两种操作方式应自动闭锁。可根据工件自动调节(或手动微调)定位基准或压装力。
*10.1.3设备检测系统全部采用目前世界上最先进的数字化传感器,压装后自动打印全部数据。电气、数控控制系统全部采用西门子自动化控制装置作为控制核心,达到免维修设计标准。同时提供中文人机界面作为操作显示,可直接监视压装动态过程。
10.1.4设备的液压系统,全部采用目前世界上最先进的液压控制技术。
10.1.5设备的智能记录系统,采用目前世界上最先进的记录系统。记录系统可独立于压装机控制系统,具有自动唤醒功能,自动记录压装过程,可增加液压控制功能。
10.1.6设备的有关部位应安装照明设施。设备表面设攀登设备,以方便维护和保养。检修梯应设护笼,并在检修直梯顶端设联锁保护装置,确保检修人员的安全。
10.1.7设备应具有自动检测、自动报警及自动停机功能。
*10.1.8检测系统应为红外线、镭射或其它等同系统。检测系统应不受环境、设备使用等外界原因影响测量系统精度。.

SINOCHEM International Tendering Co., Ltd., entrusted by the Buyer, hereby
carries out (public or invitation) bid for the supply of the following goods and
related services, and now invites eligible bidders to attend the bidding.
1. Name, quantity and technical parameters of the bidding products:
Package 1:

10.2 Requirement on Basic Structures (for each piece of equipment)
10.2.1 Arc welding robot
It shall be in a 6-axis rotary joint design. All main axes shall maintain best
welding angle in their max. range of work. The welding torch connector of the
robot’s wrist joint shall be furnished with an anti-collision switch. The power
of each axis shall guarantee smooth transmission. Bearing capacity ≥6kg,
repeatability ≤0.1mm, and max. work dia. of each station ≥2000mm (taking the
center of the positioner and tooling worktable as the center.)
10.2.2 Welding power supply
CNC inversion welder, rated welding current 500A, and current ≥300A at 100% duty
rate.
*10.2.3 Welding torch (the equipment shall be furnished with one standard water
cooled welding torch and a special water cooled welding torch for pipes’
insides)
Be of integrated form, with excellent rigidity, with a quick adaptor, allow easy
change b/w standard and special welding torch. Change of welding torch shall be
manually. The Bidder shall simulate the length and angle of the welding torch
acc. to the drawings provided by the Tenderee to guarantee the welding
reachability for welds.
*10.2.4 Positioner and tooling
Two sets of 2-axis positioner and tooling (roller frame) shall be provided for
butt welding of pipes (for welding insides and outsides). The positioner shall
allow welding attachments of bogies. The Supplier shall carry out simulation on
the work range and welding torch angles based on the product drawings from the
Buyer, so as to guarantee that the equipment can meet the requirement for use,
and guarantee that the welds to be welded by the robot are within the work
range. The Bid shall show the layout diagram of the work range of the robot.
Rotary speed of the positioner shall be 0.05~2 r/min, overturn angle not less
than ±90°, max. bearing capacity not less than 500 kg, worktable dia. not less
than 800 mm, and height of rotary center not less than 500 mm.

10.1 Arc welding robot
10.1.1 The arc welding robot shall be in a 6-axis rotary joint design (with 6
degrees of freedom). All main axes shall maintain best welding angle in their
max. range of work. The welding torch connector of the robot wrist joint shall
be of hollow shaft type, and be provided with an anti-collision protection
switch. The power of each axis shall be transmitted steadily.
10.1.2 All cables from the cabinet to the robot’s axes shall pass through the
1st axis that is hollow. All control components shall be plug-ins, and installed
in an enclosed control cabinet with a cooler.
*10.1.3 Work range and speed of each axis: shall fully meet requirements for the
jobs to be welded.
10.1.4 Bearing capacity: ≥15kg
10.1.5 Easy restart of each axis shall be allowed thru the teach-in pendant.
*10.1.6Repeatability: ≤0.1mm
*10.1.7 Max. work diameter: ≥1600mm (taking the rotary worktable of the
positioner as the center of circle)

10.1 Arc welding robot
10.1.1 The arc welding robot shall be of a 6-axis rotary articulated design with
6 degrees of freedom, each axis arm shall use sturdy structure of cast Al alloy.
The main axis shall be so of a tilt design and ensure that optimal welding angle
is guaranteed in the max. work range. The welding torch connector of the robot
wrist joint shall be of hollow shaft type, and be provided with an
anti-collision protection switch. The power of each axis shall be transmitted
steadily.
10.1.2 All cables from the cabinet to the robot’s axes shall pass through the
1st axis that is hollow. All controlling components shall be plug-ins, mounted
in an enclosed control cabinet with a cooler. The cable connecting with the
robot shall be of double-end plug-ins.
*10.1.3 Work range and speed of each axis: shall fully meet requirements for the
jobs to be welded.
10.1.4 Bearing capacity: ≥15kg

10.1 Requirements on Main Structures
10.1.1 The equipment shall comprise mainly a base machine, a hydraulic section,
a detection section, an electro controlling section, a pre press fitting
section, and a wheel and axle oil-filled pressing (retracting) device. The
equipment shall be of 2-head press fitting. The machine structure shall be of
enough rigidity and strength, good vibration resistance and enough power to make
the pressing head move smoothly and ensure accuracy in fitting. The moving parts
of the equipment shall be furnished with timed and quantitative leak-free
automatic lubrication system; precision components shall be furnished with
necessary dustproof measure to ensure safe and reliable work of the equipment.
The equipment shall be furnished with a fault alarming system. The pressing
slide or piston of the equipment shall be furnished with an anti-falling
protector, the down-pressing head shall be provided with a safety pin for
maintenance so as to ensure that no personal injury will happen even if the
slide drops.
10.1.2 The operation mechanism of the equipment shall have Manual and Auto mode,
which shall be automatically interlocked. It shall be possible to adjust
automatically (or manually in tuning way) the positioning reference or press
fitting force depending upon the jobs.
*10.1.3 The equipment’s detection system shall all use the internationally most
advanced digital sensors. All data shall be printed automatically after press
fitting. The electric and CNC control system shall all use Siemens’ automatic
control as the core of controlling. Maintenance free design shall be attained.
Moreover, man-machine interface shall be provided for displaying of operation,
which shall allow direct monitoring of the dynamic process of press fitting.
10.1.4 The hydraulic system of the equipment shall all use the internationally
most advanced hydraulic controlling technology.
10.1.5 The intelligent recording system of the equipment shall use a recording
system that is most advanced internationally at present. The recording system
can be independent from the control system of the equipment, with automatic
wake-up function, recording automatically the press fitting process, and
allowing adding hydraulic controlling.
10.1.6 Concerned part of the equipment shall be equipped with illumination. The
surface of the equipment shall be provided with climbing equipment for easy
maintenance and repairing. The ladder for maintenance shall be provided with a
protection cage; at top of the ladder, interlocked protection shall be provided
to guarantee safety of the maintenance person.
10.1.7 The equipment shall be furnished with automatic detection, automatic
alarming and automatic stopping.
*10.1.8 The detection system shall be of infrared, laser or other equivalent
system. For the detection system, the system accuracy shall not be influenced by
any external factor, e.g. the environment or use of the equipment..
